Santa's Workshop - Helping our Sister School in Nicaragua

We have received a preliminary figure on the revenue from Santa's Workshop and it is impressive! Approximately $3700 was taken in from gift sales for Santa's Workshop. All proceeds from this annual school event are directed to the Nicaragua Childrens' Foundation to support programs, materials and construction at our sister school, Escuela San Francisco de Asis, in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua. To learn more about our sister school, look under "Programs and Services" on the main page of the school website.

Santa's Workshop is an annual event that is greatly anticipated by our students. It is their shopping opportunity to buy holiday gifts for their family at an affordable price. It couild not take place without the active support by all in our school community. The project coordiators this year were Mona Donovan and Louise Dee (parents of gr. 6 students). In order to ensure the continuation of this incredible school project, we will definitely need to plan for succession. These two school moms will only be with us for one more year and new parent leaders will need to come forward!
